How to Bet on Sports (Megaveto)
MEGAVETO SPORTS BETTING GUIDE
Megaveto is a sports betting system where you wager on the results of Ice Hockey matches. Each round features 6 matches to bet on.
1. PURCHASING A TICKET
You can purchase a Megaveto ticket at the PSK Fuel Station.
2. HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR TICKET
On your Megaveto ticket, you must bet on a minimum of 3 out of 6 matches and set your wager amount.
For each match, you are predicting the outcome:
- Mark "1" — You are betting the HOME team will win.
- Mark "X" — You are betting the match will be a DRAW.
- Mark "2" — You are betting the AWAY team will win.

The more matches you correctly predict, the higher your potential payout!
3. TRACKING RESULTS VIA TELETEXT
You can monitor current round results and upcoming round odds on Teletext page 302.
HOW TO ACCESS:
- Turn on your TV at home.
- Press F to enter Teletext mode.
- Type 302 on your numpad.

- KIERROS TULOKSET — Completed round results
- KIERROS PELIKOHTEET — Upcoming matches with odds
4. UNDERSTANDING THE CURRENT ROUND DAY
In the top right of page 302, under "Stop", you will see the day of the week for the currently completed round:
- MAANANTAI — Monday
- TIISTAI — Tuesday
- KESKIVIIKKO — Wednesday
- TORSTAI — Thursday
- PERJANTAI — Friday
- LAUANTAI — Saturday
- SUNNUNTAI — Sunday
5. TEAMS IN THE LEAGUE
The following teams appear in the Megaveto matches:
Pellet, Ryske, Shrews, Kempot, KuPa, StadiFK, Kuppis, ViTu, Kiakko, KiVes, PyMy, Läkijätkät
6. PAGE 240 – LEAGUE RESULTS
Teletext page 240 displays the full match results from each completed round.
FORMAT:
- Header shows the current day of the week (in Finnish)
- Headline shows which round's results are displayed (e.g., "Pääsarjan kierroksen 1 tulokset" = Main League Round 1 Results)
- Match List shows: Home Team — Away Team — Score
7. PAGE 241 – LEAGUE TABLE
Teletext page 241 displays the current league standings.
COLUMN FORMAT:
- W - D - L — Wins, Draws, Losses
- Goals — Total goals scored
- Points — League points (2 for a win, 0 for a loss)
Teams are ranked by points. After each round, the table updates to reflect the latest results.

Use the league table to track which teams are performing well and make more informed bets!
8. PAGE 242 – TOP SCORERS
Teletext page 242 displays the top scoring players in the league.
COLUMN FORMAT:
- Player — Player name
- Team — Team abbreviation (e.g., KEM = Kempot, KIV = KiVes, PYM = PyMy)
- Goals — Goals scored
- Assists — Assists made
- Points — Total points (Goals + Assists)
Players are ranked by total points.
